At La Cocina Cuevas, we believe that great food should be accessible to everyone. That's why we use only the highest quality ingredients in our dishes, and strive to use as much local produce as possible throughout the year. Including much from our own Fingers Crossed Farm where we are located. We list our suppliers on every menu and work diligently to keep our prices fair and affordable.

Meet our chef proprietor, Jeremy Cuevas. With over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our menu. He often plays on his multicultural Californian background and experience working in some of the best kitchens in London, including Trinity under Adam Byatt and the Artichoke restaurant in Amersham.

We're proud to be a part of the varied and vibrant community of Fingal. We are members of the Fingal Food Circle and are committed to networking and collaboration between all small businesses in our community. The prosperity of one is good for all! We also believe in supporting our local charities and athletics whenever we can!

La Cocina Cuevas was opened by the talented hands of Grandma Cuevas, in the glorious, sunny town of Lodi, California in 1974.
In her eyes there was only one type of food and that was good food that puts a smile on a person face.
Every morning she would grind down her chillies for her salsa and it was these moments where she would share her wisdom with her grandson.
Through life experience and education Jeremy Cuevas was inspired to become a chef. After almost a decade working in some of London’s top restaurants he has decided that with his first business he is bringing his mexican culture and love of food to Ireland.
Combining his love of the movie ‘Chef’ and his family inspiration to cook mexican food, Jeremy Cuevas had hit the road with a food truck.
Due to the success of the food truck, Jeremy was able to settled on a farm in the beautiful countryside of North County Dublin.
Still melting taste buds with his Grandma’s secrets and his passion for food.
After out growing their food truck, Jeremy and his partner Laura have built a more permanent kitchen and Al fresco dining space, opened in 2022.
